Cape Town South Africa Cricket Tour Easter 2023: 31st March – 13th April 2023

Flight departs from London Gatwick via Dubai. Arrive at The Blaauwberg Beach 4* Hotel which is set on the beachfront yet still in close proximity to Cape Town’s Waterfront.  

Light training for cricketers, chill day for other family members, why not make use of the hotel Spa and pool.

Match 1 9.30am start after the morning dew. Team one  play morning 30 overs. Many great locations and clubs fantastic settings for spectators to watch.

Leisure day 1 We start the day with a visit to Table Mountain South Africa's most famous landmark. Next, we travel to Hout Bay and board a boat to Seal Island, on the return form the Island, as we disembark, we have an opportunity to look at Bay Harbour Market in Hout Bay. Then we drive along the coast to visit Boulders Beach near Simon’s Town, the local inhabitants—African penguins in their thousands—know how to pull the crowds. Your tour includes a Helicopter ride which is the most amazing way to see and appreciate the wonderful landscape of Cape Town. We finish our first leisure day with free time at the Waterfront.

Match 2 Team 2 - play afternoons with 20 overs. (may alternate with Team 1)  All scorers & umpires included

Training am - followed by leisure time. Following training, what better time than to spend some free time with your family. exploring the facilities at the 4* President Hotel.

Match 3 - Another chance to visit a local cricket club at a great location.

Leisure day 2  - Our second leisure day has two optional additional excursions Robben Island in the morning (approximately 3.5 hours). Followed by An afternoon visit to the vineyard and Wine tasting at Constantia Glen. You are of course welcome to chill out and relax in the hotel and its facilities or continue excursions at the Waterfront.

Match 4 - Our final day of Match cricket at one of the fantastic local clubs. The final move is to our cottage accommodation at Boschendal which sees us drop in on one of South Africa’s oldest wine estates and a working farm.

Leisure day 3 & Team dinner - Last day of Main Tour with an option to use Zip Line or why not try Sandboarding, South Africa's answer to snowboarding! There is still the option to transfer back to waterfront for afternoon shopping or enjoy the hotels leisure facilities.

Main Guests Flight Home  but if you're not yet ready to return there is always a chance to go on Safari! An addition to the Main Tour is our Safari Tour at the Gondwana Game Reserve 4-5* Your safari will include two nights’ accommodation at a game lodge within the reserve, return transfers from Cape Town and both breakfast and dinner included along with a morning and evening game drive per day.
